What is a .ZCODE file?
.ZCODE is a file in the 3D / printing category. Analyser identifies it and reads the metadata in its header, right in your browser.

- A .zcode is the sliced, ready-to-print file Zortrax Z-SUITE software produces, in which every layer records the exact movements of the extruder and build platform.
- Zortrax is a Polish 3D-printer maker that grew out of a 2013 Kickstarter for its M200 printer, and the .zcode format is tied to its own machines.
- Z-SUITE also exports a newer .zcodex variant and can convert ordinary G-code into .zcode, because Zortrax printers do not read plain G-code directly.

- .ZCODE is an identification-grade format: Analyser recognises it from its bytes and decodes the header metadata it carries, rather than opening it in a full viewer. Formats that do get a full viewer are marked "Full" on the formats page.
