What is a .669 file?
A .669 file is a music module from the Composer 669 tracker.

- The 669 format came from the Composer 669 tracker of the early 1990s.
- Composer 669 was the first eight-channel PCM tracker for the PC, written by Thomas “Tran” Pytel of the demogroup Renaissance.
- It broke the old 64 KB barrier by supporting larger samples, and its tracker came out in late 1992.
